Operations & Reporting

Business is driven by a combination of customer decisions, seasonal variations, economic trends, customer expectations, and the regulatory environment. A successful business operation is achieved by a thorough understanding of the environment the business operates in and how that environment impacts resource needs and organizational performance. Too many organizations react to, instead of plan for, the impact these factors have on their operations, and our experience suggests reacting is the more expensive route. Clarus develops monitoring and reporting that enables the recognition of leading indicators and the creation of analytical models that quantify the impact on the organization.

Clarus assists organizations in the identification of key elements that drive day-to-day activities. We develop and implement customized processes and reporting to track these elements, building upon an understanding of what drives the business. Clarus designs and institutes management reporting which monitor contractual deliverables, service level agreements, and staff performance. Clarus utilizes this information to create a detailed forecast of operational resource needs, a budget including contract deliverables, revenue, and expense, and an analysis of variances to forecast.

Clarus compares contractual pricing assumptions against actual performance to determine if assumptions are being achieved and pricing is sufficient to cover operating expense. We perform Return On Investment (ROI) analysis to ascertain the feasibility of process changes and/or capital investments against current operating procedures.

By combining these perspectives a 360o view of operations is created which supports client, senior management, and operations management needs.
