Clarus analyzes processes to identify segments for procedure and system improvement. We incorporate business objectives and tasks into the analysis to ensure the client service or product is provided and/or delivered in a cost-effective manner. Requirements Identification, Assessment, and Documentation
Clarus evaluates and performs analysis of business needs and translates them into traceable, useable requirements for building new processes or systems. Our process incorporates detailed analysis of core business functions, assessment of client-identified requirements separating procedure/process from business task. We prepare comprehensive high-level and detailed functional description documentation.
Independent Controls Assessment, Review, and Reporting
Clarus provides independent assessment services for clients, monitoring projects and initiatives. Our methodology incorporates project goals and controls, contractual requirements and commitments, inter-departmental communication and coordination, requirement documentation reviews, operational and production control procedure review, and best-practice validation methodologies.
Project Lifecycle Monitoring
Clarus monitors client projects through multiple reviews during the project and on-going monitoring of project metrics. Clarus evaluates project plans, agreed upon schedules, requirements, contractual commitments, project methodologies, communications, cutover plans, etc. to identify risks and issues. We perform initial plan analysis, measure planned to actual schedule results, assess new requirement and development activities compared to the project business objective, and conduct extensive pre-implementation assessments. Clarus assesses, tracks, and monitors post implementation activities to ensure they are properly managed and communicated, including identifying and documenting project lessons learned.
