Quality Management
Clarus integrates our Quality Management methodology into project processes to help organizations plan, manage, and monitor their operations and system development processes and procedures. We assess the internal organizations quality processes, procedures, and structure to identify inconsistencies and weaknesses; we then develop recommendations to address these issues and insure project goals are attained.
Independent Audit and Quality Assurance
Clarus performs independent assessment, validation, and quality assurance oversight for integration projects. Clarus develops an independent and objective foundation of project quality objectives based on contractual, regulatory, and service level requirements. We perform scheduled and unscheduled assessments of the project to identify gaps between quality objectives and actual performance. Clarus develops improvement recommendations for the client and the project as a result of the assessments.

Metric Reporting
Clarus performs extensive pre-project operational reviews and assessments incorporating project, system, and quality metrics to identify risk and performance weaknesses, and then help define project goals and process improvement plans. We develop and structure service agreement metrics for operational environments with the option of tying incentives and disincentives to metric attainment.
